There is nothing more frustrating than setting the selling price a bit high, having a buyer actually want it at that price, but the lenders are unwilling to make the loan at that price. It is far better to price the home correctly in the first place.

Next, I will gather information about your home, including any selling points that should be emphasized during marketing. Before it is advertised and the first buyer schedules an appointment, I will recommend ways to improve your home’s appeal to buyers. This might include putting away certain personal items, doing a few minor repairs or upgrades, or suggesting optimal furniture placement. We will discuss whether or not an open house would be of benefit. They are not always necessary, but are useful if there is something unique about your home that cannot be given fair representation in advertising.

The final part of the sale is representing you during negotiations with potential buyers, and then following through with a contract and closing.
